thanks everyone for the answers.. it just really gets to me on this topic. My grandma died of breast cancer and when someone says stupid crap.. I just get all mad and frustrated.

This new treatment was talked about and featured on our local TV station. Channel Five Seattle, King TV.

“A new study finds it may be possible to fight breast cancer by freezing tumors. Michigan researchers tested the treatment called cryotherapy on a dozen patients who did not want to have surgery. The procedure killed the cancerous tumor and patients did not have any local recurrences of breast cancer for up to five years. Scientists suggest this could be a new way to treat the disease, but say more studies are needed.”

My sister- in- law survived from breast cancer 3 yrs ago, but she got no idea where she got it. They dont even have a history of any type of cancer in teh family. Today My Mom, sufferring from cancer to the cervix, we dont ahve any cancer history in the whole family. I dont like to have cancer like them, but I am always thinking that no body is safe from cancer. Esp breast cancer.

I have an aunt who is on a “gluten-free” diet and she swears by it. She says that she tested positive for a gluten allergy, and says that it is a type of autoimmune disease. She has never had cancer (*knock on wood*) but she told me that gluten was poisoning her, and that gluten sensitive people can develop cancer as a result of eating gluten. Before she stopped eating gluten she had weird symptoms: tired all the time, feeling sluggish, and others… but she swears that they have all gone away since she started this diet. Is it true that gluten can cause breast cancer or autoimmune disease in people with the allergy?
She says that gluten is a poison to the system in people who are allergic and that it can eventually kill an allergy sufferer unless they give it up… I am not sure who is wrong or right but I have no idea what to believe.
