I know its sounds silly but can you get breast cancer by being hit in the breasts? or doesn’t it make a difference.

No, but you can catch it. It’s highly contagious.
Cancer is basically normal cells that forget to shut down and stop reproducing like normal ones do. This can be caused by biology since it’s in the cell’s nucleous that goes haywire, but I don’t think being hit could cause it. you might have a bruise and if it was hard enough then there could be some internal bleeding that will feel like a hard lump.
Cells go wrong but I guess there’s the possibility a severe injury could cause it; however, I’ve never read any medical literature that indicates it could. I’ve had breast cancer and I think it’s just the luck of the draw – I was the first in my family to have it, I lived a life just like most normal people, and it just happened.
If you do not have cancerous cells no a punch can not cause Breast cancer. However if you have the genes, and they were still dormant, it maybe possible activate it early. A tumor is a group of cells that grew abnormally, a lot of people have these cells, but they die off. You not only have to have theses cells, but missing an enzyme that makes the cell die, and So when the new cells are made thats what makes it grow.
Absolutely not.
Breast cancer, like all other cancers, happens when normal cells change so that they grow in an uncontrolled way. This uncontrolled growth causes a tumour to form.
No amount of hitting, punching, pinching, biting or whatever can trigger thise process.
