I doubt a 14 yr old has breast cancer, and yes, it will grow. It’s cancer. That’s what it does
Do not panic.
Many teenage conditions mimic cancer. Since you are 14, your breast tissue is still developing and lumps, thickenings, and pain may occur. You can discuss your symptoms to a family member and have your doctor preform a clinical breast exam.
Best Wishes!

You don’t have breast cancer.
If a 14 year old had breast cancer, her case would make headline news and be written up in medical journals the world over. The chances of it happening are so close to zero that it makes almost no difference.
In fact, the chances of you being struck by lightning are higher than the chances of you developing breast cancer at your age.
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was classed as a ‘younger woman’. Know why? I was only 50, which is still pretty young for breast cancer.
Breast cancer is almost unheard of in under 25s, let alone young teens. Fewer than 0.1% of those diagnosed are under 30 and only 5% are under 40. Most (80%) are over 50 and the average age at diagnosis is a little over 60.
So stop being scared. Whatever it is that is making you think you have breast cancer, it’s almost certainly normal breast development. If you think you’ve found a lump – well, breasts are pretty lumpy, bumpy things. Most breast lumps, even in women over 50, aren’t breast cancer. If it’s pain – well, pain is rarely a sign of breast cancer, and most people diagnosed with breast cancer have felt no pain.
Talk to your mother about it, she will probably be able to reassure you

Edit: I thought when I answered your question that it was a serious question, and that you were genuinely worried.
I see from your ‘additional details’ that I was wrong.
”Ok yes I have breast cancer at 14 so stop hatin!!!! All you ppl are so rude!! Grow up! For reals!”
Only one person has answered rudely; and I have given you the facts.
Stop being silly and go play somewhere else. People using this forum are genuinely dealing with this filthy life-threatening disease
do you even have breasts?! we could probably even play cards on your chest on the accounts it’s so flat.
have you been tested for cancer? if so dont worry 3 weeks wont make much of a difference since they say it takes 20 years to form into cancer. it will take almost a month to get all your scans and test taken before they even start treatments. i hope you just have a cyst or something on that order. cancer is nothing to be playing around with. i was diag. in 2005 and im still taking treatments and i will allways until the end, im in my 4th stage. i will definately say a prayer for you. i do hope things will be ok. God Bless!
I had a monster breast cancer at 37. Nurses tell me their patients are younger and younger. I did chemo with a girl in her 20s. But having it at 14 is sooooo unlikely. Don’t even worry.
Breast cancer is a disease of mature breast tissue, not growing breasts, 80% of cases occuring in menopausal women.
Your risk of breast cancer at age 14 is so low that statistics are irrellevant. Even between ages 16 and 20 you are more likely to be struck by lightning than develop breast cancer.
There are some childhood cancers that may happen to occur in the chest area and this more likely at your age, but even these are very uncommon.
If you have cancer, 3 weeks may or may not make a difference, depending on the type of cancer.
If you are concerned ask a parent to take you to a Dr, I am sure there are Dr’s wherever you are vacationing.
Can breast cancer get worse in 3 weeks, yes especially if it is inflammatory breast cancer. See links below.
The likelihood of you having breast cancer is slim but if you are really scared and believe it is so you need to go see a doctor while you are on vacation to get some sort of confirmation status of yes or no. If no you will need to attribute it to you growing up. If yes then you have caught it early (which I hope for your sake is not the case). Talk to your mother or another female about what you think, why, etc., then make the appropriate decision.
I do doubt you have breast cancer but you need to confirm for your own self. As a cancer survivor I didn’t think I had cancer but went to the doctor to confirm and to make a long story short I had cancer and took immediate action. I hope this helps, wish you all the best and hope you never have to deal with real cancer in your body. Good luck
