I just read that this could happen – and it’s kind of disconcerting considering I wear a bra all the time, even to bed.
Does anyone know if it’s true or if it’s just hogwash?
If it is true then why does it occur?
Not to mean that I wear the SAME BRA all the time – I was just wondering about the breast cancer thing.

Not true about the breast cancer.
Wearing the same bra constantly, then to bed is bad hygiene.

That is the exact opposite of true. You could even go so far as to say that is is false…
It’s an old wives’ tale made up for some stupid reason. It’s along the same lines as “If you masturbate too much you will go blind.” or “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
When someone get’s rectal cancer from toilet paper then you can start to worry, until that happens, feel free to wear bras as often as you like

No, that is not true. No one knows what causes cancer. I have heard that wearing a bra to bed helps to keep your breasts from sagging and helps to keep them firmer. It doesn’t have to be the same bra you wore during the day, it could be a clean one you put on for bed after you shower. But, no. It most certainly doesn’t cause cancer. =]
No…that is so stupid if that was true ever girl older than 10 would like be 90% effective.
no, it doesnt. ive read that in magazines and stuff too but my moms a doctor and she said its not true so im guessing shes right… lol.
