ear wax type=breast cancer?
Question by The Misses: ear wax type=breast cancer?
If a person has wet, or dry, “honey” sticky, golden brown ear wax (like mot Europeans do), does that mean that they WILL develop breast cancer or that they have a higher likelihood of developing it?

I have never heard of any correlation between earwax and any type of cancer. Maybe the person just needs to use Q-tips.
That sounds like a guy’s thumb-to-pinky distance being somehow related to the size of his package, I will put any amount of money on that being no. If a guy has that kind of ear wax does he develop breast cancer?
never in my life, have i heard that ear wax is linked to cancer, someone is either pulling your leg or you are pulling ours,
no, where did you hear that?
What the…?
According to Dr. Nancy Snyderman’s new book, there is a connection, oddly enough.

saw it on the view yesterday but i dont understand it either.
I heard this on The View, also, and found this question looking it up.
They’ve discovered a link between type of ear wax and breast cancer. Women with dry (or ‘rice bran’) ear wax have lower breast cancer rates than women with wet ear wax. Actually, wet waxers are twice as likely to develop breast cancer as dry waxers.
Breast tissue and the glands that produce ear wax are the same type of gland-apocrine glands. So it’s not voodoo. lol
Asians have mostly dry ear wax, with the wet being rare. In the US, 85% of whites and virtually all blacks have wet ear wax.
Wet wax is 50% fat and dry is 20%. What I haven’t found is how to tell which type you have. Although, after looking at the picture on the 2nd link I posted, I’m assuming I have wet ear wax, since nothing like that thing in the picture has ever come out of my ear.
