I just found what was 4 days ago a pea sized lump in my breast. Now it feels like it flattened out and became longer (1.5 peas). Is it possible for cancer (if this is cancer) to spread so fast??

See your doctor ASAP!! It could just be a cyst so don’t worry yourself sick until you know for sure what it is, but my sister was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in March and it has been a rough road! Good luck and God bless!
No, that’s too fast. You should get it checked out, since you should always get breast lumps checked out, but it’s almost certainly something benign, like a fibroid or a small cyst.
I WAS TOLD TO WORRY MORE IF THE LUMP IS IN THE UPPER BREAST. THE DOCTORS WANT TO ADDRESS THIS LUMP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND BETWEEN DIAGNOSIS AND SURGERY, IT MAY TAKE A MONTH BUT DO NOT DISMISS IT NOW. PLEASE SEE A PROFESSIONAL ASAP
Normally, fast growing breast lumps are cysts.
This was one reason my Dr was fairly confident I had a cyst.
The biopsy came back malignant.
If it is suspicious, get it checked! Mine easily grew that fast.
Infections can spread that fast. Inflammatory breast cancer is pretty fast, but I don’t think 4 days to triple in size is the typical presentation.
Still, even if it’s “only” an infection, this merits immediate attention. Get to the doctor as soon as you can.
