Most cases are women over 40 years old, but it can happen to younger people.
u can get it at any age… most people get it after 40 (when u should start having mammograms) but for those high risk people, they should start getting them at 25
u can get it at any age..it depends on ur lifestyle (diet, exercise) and family history
the youngest i ever heard was someone getting it at age 19
Breast cancer is mainly a disease of ageing. The average age at diagnosis is a little over 60 and 80% of all those diagnosed are over 50. Only 5% are under 40, and fewer than 0.1% are under 30. It is almost unheard of in under 20s.
Only 5 – 10% of breast cancer cases are hereditary, and your diet and lifestyle do no affect your chances of getting it
