This would be something to discuss with your doctor.
I’d talk to my doctor. Only he or she can advise on treatments and how they might affect the baby, what the risks might be if you hold off on getting treated, and how to balance one with the other. If you’re in this situation right now, you have a lot of hard choices ahead of you, and we can’t tell you what to do.
Its not safe but many women find they have it in pregnancy and a lot depends on the stage of the cancer and how close delivery is-its never actually safe to wait for treatment but some women decide to risk it if its an early cancer and that is their choice, chemotherapy and radiotherapy cannot be used safely in pregnancy.
Doctors would normally advise a termination, personally i think i would have to consider how much my existing children needed me alive and would terminate but that is just me.
