My gf has a rare type of breast cancer?
A question from Dani Shaf: My gf has a rare type of breast cancer?
Hey guys yesterday I found out the hard lump that was in her breast ( size of a fist) for a month or something like that was cancerous… And she said it was a really rare type of cancer like only 1% in women and even less in teens ( were both 17)… She’s going to have surgery soon to take away some of the tissue around the affected area, and if it’s in the tissue they’ll cut the whole breast off. And radiotherapy nor the normal methods of treating breast cancer work for this type. Please help me i don’t know what to do

I’m not sure what you want help with, but this is a very odd story.
The odds of a 17 year old getting breast cancer is 1 in 1 million and to add that with the fact that it is a rare cancer means this situation is so unlikely you should tell us what newspaper this story is in and what TV shows she will be on.
Furthermore, any tumor the size of fist requires a mastectomy it doesn’t matter what is in the tissue around it is and no doctor would use that as a test to determine what kind of surgery needs to be done.
