No, the main cause of breast cancer is hereditary. Among other causes is not breast feeding.

If you are using a mass-marketed microwave, no. Your risk of
getting breast cancer from the radiation emitted by your phone is greater than by using your microwave.
Nooo. lolz, what most people don’t know is that since there is a relationship between breast cancer and both women AND men…it has to be a common denominator: Deodorant. Yes, I said deodorant. That’s not to say that you shouldn’t use it, but you should definitely use NATURAL deodorant or baking soda under your arms.
99% of deodorant contains toxic levels of Aluminum, and some hidden molecules of mercury. What’s the relation between that and breast cancer? There are sensitive lymph nodes from underneath your armpit and around and under the entire breast area. When deodorant is applied, it surpresses the smell, but it also disables your body’s natural ability to ALARM the body if something is wrong in that area because it smothers the lymph nodes. When someone gets breast cancer, they REMOVE those nodes, thus making it nearly impossible to detect disease and serious health compromising in that area. So if you get any growths, or disease, you won’t know it until it is already too late. The growth has already developed and spread before you’ve gotten any symptoms. Of course, the FDA already knows deodorant may be the culprit, but they keep selling it for money. They create deodorants that make you sweat so you can up the ante on the Aluminum dosage, so you can get cancer, sending you to the hospital so they can make money off your illness (ie. Doctor bills, tests, MEDICATIONS, chemotherapy, etc.)
So to AVOID all that, NATURAL DEODORANTS (Aluminum free), Tom’s of Maine is EXCELLENT, and or baby powder, or best: Baking Soda!
Good Luck!
No, it doesn’t . We know that regular exercise is extremely important for many reasons concerning our overall health: weight loss, cardiovascular strengthening, balancing blood sugars, and much more, but did you know that exercise might also help you avoid breast cancer?
Nobody knows what causes breast cancer.
It is NOT true, as someone has said here, that breast cancer is largely hereditary; only 5 – 10% of cases are. The remaining 90 – 95% are random.
There ARE a number of known breast cancer risk factors:
Getting older is the greatest risk factor – approximately 80% of breast cancers occur in post-menopausal women (women aged over 50 years).
Having children at an older age or not at all. The more children a woman has may also slightly lower her risk. Breast-feeding helps protect against the disease. The longer a woman breastfeeds her children, the more she lowers her risk.
Starting periods at a younger than average age (under 12) or having a late menopause (after 55)
.
Taking the contraceptive pill or hormone replacement therapy (HRT) causes a small increase in risk. However, the risk gradually returns to normal after you stop taking them.
Being overweight (especially after the menopause).
Regularly drinking more than 1 unit of alcohol per day slightly increases the risk of breast cancer.
Having a previous diagnosis of breast cancer increases the risk of developing a new cancer in the other breast.
These are only risk factors though; ticking one, some or all these boxes does not mean you will get breast cancer, and many people who are diagnosed with breast cancer have none of these risk factors.
The facts are nobody knows what causes it, or how to prevent it. Some of the risk factors are ones you can’t do anything about; some point to changes you can make if necessary, but there are no guarantees.
I ate a healthy vegan diet with loads of organic fruit and veg, juiced, exercised, avoided caffeine and never smoked. I got grade 3 breast cancer anyway.
It is easier and less scary for many people to blame lifestyle choices for other people’s cancer – diet, cosmetics, laziness, whatever, blame the victim – rather than accepting that this cruel and random disease can strike any of us at any time.
Lo_mcg is right. There are factors that MIGHT increase your risk but they are not set in stone. I was considered very low risk for breast cancer but I ended up getting it. The best thing you can do is get to know your body and to self check and get to a doctor asap if you notice any changes.
