lump in the breast – no pain
Change in appearance of breast, like a dimple, or the nipple inverts. Also, sometimes there will be a discharge form the nipple. Hope this helps.

sometimes there are no symptoms,mine was found by mammogram,they saw calcifications,i would never have known without the mammogram,best to have mammogram
