No, that’s nonsense. Whichever breast it appears in, it just means you are bloody unlucky. Nothing about your personality can cause cancer or affect its progression.

I am a very forgiving person and I have cancer in my left breast. Obviously its just a myth.
No. I had cancer in the left breast and I don’t feel that way.
It means the person who told you that bit of BS is either uneducated or very mean spirited or possibly both.
