She claims that she is trying, but she will sometimes argue that the two cancers (lung and breast) aren’t related at all, and the fact that she had breast cancer before won’t make her risks any higher than any other smoker.

I disagree with that but I would like to find some statistic or something that I can show her.

I’ve just had two totally irregular periods, and mine are always perfectly regular, and I have a sore, lumpy spot in each breast that I only noticed after my first irregular period two months ago. I thought I was too young to get breast cancer (am 25), but am wondering if it could be something like that, but does it affect your period? I’ve been to the doctor about my periods but didn’t mention the lumps, because I’m waiting to see if everything will come right.

My mom only gets checked once a year for breast cancer, that is why I am concerned for her.

She does not have breast cancer, but she’s 57, going to be 58. I am concerned about her, she eats right, she has gotten checked for years, and she has no signs of breast cancer.

She told me she examines herself for bumps, lumps, odd discharges, and abnormalities of her breasts.

She has found no signs, but I was concerned because my mom only gets checked out ONCE a year.
