My great grandma’s, one of my great aunts, and two of my aunts Have had breast cancer. allot of them had it in there 30′s and 40′s. My grandma did not have breast cancer, but had ovarian cancer. My mom has been tested, but luckily came negative so far.
Sorry, only one of my great gandmas had it.

I just learnt my 90 yr old grandmother battled breast cancer..i think in the 1980′s. then 12 yrs ago she had a partial mastectomy as it came back. She is alive and well. I am in my early 30′s. what are my risk of developing it as well? any links with statistical info would be great. Thanks.

thing is my great grandma died of breast cancer, my nan got breast cancer but got rid of it. that makes my mum at risk of getting it. i was just wondering if i could potentially get breast cancer and at what age? im 14 now and i know i wont get it in like the next year, i might not get it at all, but i was just curious. also if i could potentially get breast cancer later in life would it be best ti get my breasts removed when im older to lessen the risk. thank you.
